Xiao Yao Wan, known as "Free and Easy Wanderer," is a renowned Traditional Chinese Medicine herbal formula from the Song Dynasty (960-1279). This classic eight-herb blend harmonizes the body's Qi and supports emotional balance by addressing liver-spleen disharmony patterns.

Recommended Dosage

Four capsules, two to three times daily; or as loose granules, 4.5 g mixed with hot water, 2-3 times per day. However, always follow your healthcare provider's instructions, as the dosage can vary based on your condition and response to treatment.
