We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return products that are unopened and in saleable condition within 30 days of delivery, subject to the exceptions listed below.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened or used products
  • Acupuncture needles (all needle sales are final once shipped)
  • Heat-sensitive products
  • Perishable products
  • Special orders or custom items
  • International orders

How to Request a Return

1. Log into your account at acu-market.com and go to your order history.

2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return and submit a return request with the reason for the return.

3. We will review your request and notify you whether the return is approved or denied, typically within one business day.

4. If approved, pack your return securely and include your order number in the package.

6. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Restocking Fee

We may accept returns for items that fall outside our standard return policy at our discretion. In those cases, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or was damaged during shipment, contact us immediately. Please retain the product and all packaging materials, as the shipping carrier may need to inspect them. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we will pay the return shipping cost. If you are returning an item for any other reason (wrong item ordered, changed your mind), you are responsible for return shipping.
