Misrepresentation of professional credentials may result in account termination and forfeiture of any professional pricing.
Products and Ordering
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you.

Pricing and Payment
Retail prices are displayed on the website. Professional accounts (Wholesale, Practitioner, Student) see pricing specific to their account tier after logging in.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order.
Shipping
Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and free shipping thresholds are described on our Shipping Information page. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Drop Ship to Patient
We offer a drop ship service for practitioners who wish to have products shipped directly to their patients. A handling fee of $5.95 applies to each drop ship order. Drop shipped orders do not include an invoice or pricing information in the package. Contact us for details on how to place a drop ship order.
Backorders
If an item you ordered is on backorder, we will ship it when it becomes available at no additional shipping charge. If you prefer not to receive backordered items, contact us and we will remove backordering from your account.
