Clear & Calm is a Blue Poppy formula that combines Li Dong-yuan's Sheng Yang San Huo Tang (Upbear Yang & Scatter Fire Decoction) with the Yi Zong Jin Jian's Xie Xin Dao Chi San (Drain the Heart & Abduct the Red Powder), modified with additions and subtractions. This 12:1 extract formula addresses patterns of heart fire effulgence arising from liver-spleen-stomach disharmony, supporting emotional balance and healthy sleep patterns.
