About this formula
Rescue Formula is a faithful rendition of the classical formula Licorice, Wheat and Jujube Decoction (Gan Mai Da Zao Tang). This gentle three-herb formula addresses the Zang Zao pattern, where the five Yin Viscera are disrupted due to excessive emotional upset, overwork, or physical taxation. It supplements Nutritive Qi without aggravating deficiency Heat while calming the Spirit and supporting peace and tranquility.
