Description
This formula originates from Li Dong-yuan's Lan Shi Mi Cang (Orchid Chamber Secret Treasury), where it appears in the "Gynecology" section as Dang Gui Assuage Pain Decoction. This 10:1 extract formula combines traditional spleen-tonifying herbs with damp-heat clearing and wind-dampness dispelling ingredients to support healthy joint function and digestive qi.

Recommended Dosage
Three capsules two times per day equal not less than 30g of raw medicinals. However, because our extraction process is so much more efficient than stove-top decoction, we believe this amount of our extract is actually more like the equivalent of 40-60g of bulk-dispensed herbs.
