CoptiDetox is a traditional interpretation of the classical formula Huang Lian Jie Du Tang (Coptis Relieve Decoction), first recorded in 752 C.E. Known as "the four yellows," this formula contains four bitter and cold herbs that work synergistically to clear heat and fire from all three burners. It can complement other formulas addressing underlying deficiency patterns where additional heat-clearing actions are desired.
