San Qi (Notoginseng Root) is a sweet, slightly bitter, warm herb traditionally categorized as a "stop bleeding" herb in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This valued herb has origins dating back to China's Song Dynasty period (960–1279 AD) and is sourced from Yunnan Province, a Dao Di region where it has been cultivated for many centuries.
