True Warrior Formula is based on the classical formula Zhen Wu Tang from Zhang Zhong-Jing's Shang Han Lun. Named after the Spirit of the North who manages Fire and Water elements in Chinese folklore, this formula warms Yang and dispels Dampness to support the body's natural fluid transformation processes.
