Gui Pi Tang, known as "Earth Restoring Decoction," is a classical Traditional Chinese Medicine formula developed during the Ming Dynasty by the famous herbalist Li Shi Zhen around 1575 AD. This gentle, tonifying formula supports healthy Qi and Blood while strengthening the Spleen and nourishing the Heart.

Recommended Dosage
The generally recommended dosage for Gui Pi Tang is 4.5 g mixed with hot water, 2-3 times per day; or if in capsule form, four capsules, two to three times daily. However, always follow your healthcare provider's instructions, as the dosage can vary based on your condition and response to treatment.
Cautions
Women who are pregnant, nursing, or postpartum as well as people with liver disease, should avoid or use Gui Pi Tang with caution.
