This modified formula combines warming and moving herbs to promote the smooth flow of Qi and Blood throughout the body's upper, middle, and lower regions.

- Japanese arisaema root (tian nan xing)
- Shen-chu (shen qu)
- Southern tsangshu root (cang zhu)
