- Qu mai (Chinese pink dianthus herb)
- Zhi zi (Gardenia fruit)
- Jin qian cao (Lysimachia herb)
- Ku shen (Shrubby sophora root)
- Ze xie (Asian water plantain rhizome)
Cautions
Contraindicated during pregnancy. Not recommended for long-term use. The cold nature of the herbs can injure Yang and Qi.
