Recommended Dosage
The generally recommended dosage of Geng Nian An 1 in capsule form is four capsules, two to three times daily; or as loose granules, 4.5 g mixed with hot water, 2-3 times per day. However, always follow your healthcare provider's instructions, as the dosage can vary based on your condition and response to treatment.
Cautions
Women who are pregnant, nursing, or postpartum as well as people with liver disease, should avoid or use Geng Nian An 1 with caution. Contains Wheat & Gluten.
