About this formula

Gather Vitality is based on the classical formula Gui Pi Tang (Restore the Spleen Decoction), originating from Yan Yong-Huo's "Formulas Beneficial to Life" (1253 A.D.) and later modified by Xue Ji in 1509 A.D. This foundational formula supports the harmonious interaction between Spleen and Heart energetics, traditionally used to tonify Qi and nourish Blood while fostering mental clarity and emotional balance.
