Description
Derma Wind Release is based on Eliminate Wind Powder (Xiao Feng San), a classical formula from 1617. This formula addresses patterns where preexisting Qi deficiency combines with Damp Heat and external Wind Heat or Wind Damp invasion, resulting in Wind becoming trapped in the skin and muscle layers. The formula disperses Wind, eliminates Dampness and clears Heat while nourishing and invigorating Blood.

- Deng xin cao (Soft rush pith)
- Gan cao (Chinese licorice root and rhizome)
Cautions
Contraindicated with significant Qi or Blood deficiency. Use with caution during pregnancy. Consumption of alcohol, coffee, spicy foods, seafood and smoking should be avoided while taking Derma Wind Release as these activities interfere with the actions of the herbs.
