Dang Gui and Peony Support Formula (Dang Gui Shao Yao San) is a classical formula that addresses a mixed pattern of deficiency and excess. It nourishes the Blood to soften the Liver while supporting the Spleen to aid in the transformation and transportation of water. The formula contains most of the quintessential Blood tonic known as Four Substances (Si Wu Tang), allowing flexibility of use from supporting healthy skin to addressing abdominal stagnation.
