CoptiClear is based on Coptis Concentrated Extract Pill (Huang Lian Su Pian), a widely used Chinese patent. This single-herb formula contains only Coptis rhizome (Huang lian), one of the most bitter, cold and drying herbs in the TCM materia medica. CoptiClear drains Fire and resolves blazing Fire, particularly when Damp Heat or blazing Fire is lodged in the Middle Burner.
