Aculift dermal rollers come in two needle lengths, 0.5mm and 1.0mm. Each roller carries 540 micro needles, and the product listing notes that a roller is not to be shared with others. Those two sizes are the whole line we carry, so choosing comes down to the needle length your protocol calls for.
