About this formula
Quiet Nights is based on Bao He Wan (Protect Harmony Pills), Dong Xi-yuan's Qing dynasty modification of Zhu Dan-xi's original Yuan dynasty formula. This version incorporates the main ingredients of Er Chen Tang (Two Aged [Ingredients] Decoction) and is prepared as a 7:1 extract in glycerine tincture form, making it especially suitable for infants and those with digestive sensitivities.
