Common usage:
Apply Regular-Strength Tiger Balm to the affected area. Feel the warmth of its
ingredients helping to relieve muscle soreness and stiffness. Apply Regular
Strength White Tiger Balm to warm up tight muscles before exercises. Tiger Balm
provides temporary relief of aches and pains due to overexertion, simple
backaches, arthritis and joint pains. Rub well on affected area. Repeat 3-4
times daily.
