3. Pack up your return and you must include a copy of your sales invoice.

5. We will refund your money within 2-3 days of our receipt (often sooner).
Sometimes we may accept a return for an item that is outside of our return policy. If we do, we reserve the right to charge you up to a 20% restocking fee
If you receive a defective product, please Contact Us and we will see what’s going on.
If your package is damaged, please hold on to the package (the shipping company sometimes wants to inspect it), and Contact Us.
We are quick. We will provide you with your credit within 2-3 of our receipt (usually the same day). However, it might take your bank a few more days for it to show in your account.
If we made a mistake we will pay for everything. However, if you ordered the wrong item or have buyer’s remorse, you must pay to ship it back to us.
