Description
Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan is a traditional Chinese medicine formula developed by Zhu Dan-Xi in the 14th century Yuan dynasty. A modification of Liu Wei Di Huang Wan with two additional herbs (Huang Bai and Zhi Mu), this formula enriches yin, nourishes the essence of the liver and kidneys, and reduces deficiency fire.

Recommended Dosage
The generally recommended dosage of Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan is 4.5 g mixed with hot water, 2-3 times per day; or in capsule form, four capsules, two to three times daily. However, always follow your healthcare provider's instructions, as the dosage can vary based on your condition and response to treatment.
Cautions
Women who are pregnant, nursing, or postpartum as well as people with liver disease, should avoid or use Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan with caution.
