Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang, developed around 1247 CE by Li Dong Yuan, is a classical Chinese herbal formula also known as "Energy Booster" or "Tonify the Middle & Increase Qi decoction." This revered formula supports the spleen and stomach while helping to boost vital energy and maintain the body's natural balance for general health and well-being.

Recommended Dosage

The generally recommended dosage of Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang is 4.5 g mixed with hot water, 2-3 times per day; or in capsule form, four capsules, two to three times daily. However, always follow your healthcare provider's instructions, as the dosage can vary based on your condition and response to treatment.

Cautions

Those with migraines should avoid Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang. Women who are pregnant, nursing, or postpartum as well as people with liver disease, should avoid or use Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang with caution. Processed with Wheat.
