Peaceful Focus is a modified version of Yi Gan San (Repress the Liver Powder), originally found in Yang Shi-ying's Song dynasty Ren Chai Zhi Zhi Fang (Compassionate & Abstemious Straight Guiding Formulas). This Blue Poppy formula incorporates modifications by Bob Flaws and can also be seen as a version of Xiao Yao San (Rambling Powder). It's a 7:1 extract in a glycerin base that supports healthy emotional balance and mental focus.
