·         Avena Sativa 2X

·         Passiflora Incarnata 2X

·         Zincum Valerianicum 4X

Inactive Ingredients

Dosage: Adults and children 12 years and older: Place one tablet under the tongue or in mouth and completely dissolve, 3 times during the evening.  If sleeplessness persists, 1 tablet every 15 minutes, up to 3 more times.  Children 6 to 11 years: 1 tablet 2 times during the evening.  If sleeplessness persists, 1 tablet every 15 minutes, up to 2 more times. Infants and children to 6 years: ½ tablet 3 times during the evening.  If sleeplessness persists, ½ tablet every 15 minutes, up to 2 more times.
