Bai Zi Yang Xi Wan - Biota Codonopsis Combination

Nourishes the heart, calms the mind, enriches yin, and supplements the kidney.

Calms shen or spirit. Strengthens heart and tonifies blood and Qi.

 

Indications

Bai Zi Yang Xin Wan is used for disturbed shen due to deficiency of heart’s blood causing insomnia, restlessness, palpitation, night sweat, anxiety, or vivid uncomfortable dreaming. Also useful for poor concentration, clouded mind, shortened breath, and mental fatigue. Used to help with low energy, chills, cold limbs, headaches, dizziness, poor memory, agitation, or nightmares. Other indications include night sweats, a red tongue with scanty coating, a pale face and a thin, rapid pulse.
