Indications
Bai Zi Yang Xin Wan is used for disturbed shen due to deficiency of heart’s blood causing insomnia, restlessness, palpitation, night sweat, anxiety, or vivid uncomfortable dreaming. Also useful for poor concentration, clouded mind, shortened breath, and mental fatigue. Used to help with low energy, chills, cold limbs, headaches, dizziness, poor memory, agitation, or nightmares. Other indications include night sweats, a red tongue with scanty coating, a pale face and a thin, rapid pulse.
