- Hou Po (Magnoliae officinalis Cortex)
- Fu Ling (Poria)
- Zi Su Ye (Perillae Folium)
- Sheng Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma recens) *
*For maximum freshness, Sheng Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma recens) is not contained within this packet of herbs. If desired, the practitioner or patient should add fresh ginger root prior to cooking.
