Acupuncture Herbal Vendor Coalition (AHVC)

Acu-Market is a member of the AHVC, a 501(c)(3) coalition of acupuncture and herbal suppliers united to advocate for the profession, share market data with professional leadership, and support education and policy initiatives. The AHVC works alongside the American Society of Acupuncturists, the Council of Colleges, and other professional organizations through the AHM Coalition.

Acupuncturists Without Borders (AWB)

AWB provides trauma-informed acupuncture care to communities affected by natural disasters, conflict, and humanitarian crises. Founded in the wake of Hurricane Katrina in 2005, where volunteers provided thousands of treatments to evacuees, first responders, and emergency personnel, AWB has since trained hundreds of practitioners and delivered care in communities across the U.S. and internationally. Acu-Market is a financial supporter of AWB’s mission.

Community Acupuncture

The community acupuncture movement has expanded access to acupuncture for hundreds of thousands of people through sliding-scale clinics across the country, organized largely through POCA (People’s Organization of Community Acupuncture). Community clinics treat patients in group settings at fees most people can afford, making regular treatment sustainable for patients who need it most.

Acu-Market supports community acupuncture through special product pricing for community clinics, multi-year conference sponsorship, and scholarship funding for community acupuncture practitioners.
